    LUMPIANG SHANGHAI
    500g Ground Pork
    1Tbsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper, ground
    1/4tsp Garlic Powder
    1 pack Magic Sarap
    2pcs Onions, minced
    1pc Small Bell Pepper, minced
    1pc Large Carrot, minced
    1 pc Egg, beaten
    1cup Bread Crumbs
    2Tbsp Cornstarch
    2Tbsp Flour dissolve in 1/2cup Water
    Lumpia Wrappers
    Catsup
    Chili Garlic Sauce • Super Hot Chili Garlic...
    1. In a bowl combined all ingredients, Mix well until combined.
    2. Dissolve Flour in Water.
    3. Pile loosened Lumpiang Shanghai wrapper, use board as pattern to trim the edge of Lumpia Wrapper.
    4. Scoop 1Tbsp of Lumpia Mixture in wrapper.
    5. Press it with fingers to spread on both end of wrapper.
    6. Fold the wrapper upward, while tighten it.
    7. Slowly roll it upward. Halfway, wet the wrapper with flour mixture then roll it seal.
    8. You may cut into 3 before frying.
    9. Fry it until golden brown.
    10. Best serve with Catsup with Chili Garlic.
    This recipe makes 40pcs of Lumpiang Shanghai.
