I love these videos showing what goes on behind the scenes. They really help us relate to the type of person Lauren is, and how she comes to be the amazing and relatable success that she is. They say you should never meet your heroes, but here's a hero who is a delight to meet. (I had to watch the video in bits because I kept on getting overwhelmed by Lauren's niceness.)

Even though I am 48 I have been inspired to jump rope, currently fake jump roping at the moment lacking a jump rope, but I have designed my own and 3D printing it out currently. Thanks Lauren for inspiring me!

As youv gathered by now im not a jump rope addict, i love your videos, i love the effort that you put in to each routine, the fact your human , your never above or below anyone.
When i watch you on all the videos, its like watching a family friend doing well, its lovely you share parts of your life with your fans.

Thanks Lauren, you've inspired me to jump rope again. I used to jump rope to techno and rock music in the 90s as a way to replace dancing when I out grew the clubs. I got really good and did alot of tricks and would draw a crowd every where I would do it. We didn't have youtube or tik-tok then. I was on my own. It's really nice to see so many others enjoy what I enjoyed back then. The first time I saw you jump rope, it took me back and I could feel the rope in my hands. I showed my sister one of your tik-tok videos and she said "I've never seen anyone jump rope like you untill now". Now we hunt for it. We really enjoy your content. I'm pleased to see you and others forward this form of dance and exercise.

As a Brit from Dorset that moved to Vancouver BC 15 years ago i feel your astonishment at being asked if you are Australian. It's best when my Australian workmate is within earshot, he shouts over "No, he's bloody not he's a Brit!" Oh, and your breakfast bowl was the best meal. Great content, Lauren, keep producing more and motivating us all to get jumping rope.

The drive out of Seattle on I-5 up to Everett then over to Levenworth on State Highway 2 is a most wonderful drive in the USA.
Lauren, seeing you in the most German town in the USA is a treat, I lived in. Seattle 20 years, after immigrating from Germany to the US…. Been in this lil’ town a few times and Natur provided the best canvas! I hope you enjoyed WA as much as I did!

The reason the hair dryer Is not working is not because of the voltage. You guys have the same voltage in the UK plus Or minus. It's because the frequency of the voltage, AC, is different, We run 60 hertz Here in the US and you guys run 50 hertz in the 🇬🇧. So it's a frequency thing. It's how often the AC Voltage cycles if you want to get technical. All that said, you just need a converter, Although sometimes they don't work perfectly so I would Experiment with that converter on a cheaper object rather than the dyson right out of the gate. Hope that helps.
Yes I’m fully aware - I mentioned it didn’t work because it’s not dual voltage in the video 😊. Most of my electricals are… my straighteners for example and my old curling tongs are too. I was surprised because the dyson is more expensive than all my other devices (but no doubt requires more power). I know a converter was the only option but there was no way I was risking breaking my Dyson/voiding its warranty with one of those.

Man. It is weird. Whenever I watch CZcamsrs that I follow visit the States, I get nervous, hoping that their visit is good. Living here, I see a lot of the "not so spectacular" and wonder if it might let people who visit down. Don't get me wrong though, I love my country. It is just that I've visited and lived in other countries and it often seems like a little bit of a letdown when I return home. 🇺🇸
