- Hey, CZcams Family! It's been awhile, but I'm glad to be back out fishing again. Had to take a break from the outdoors due to personal reasons. Nonetheless, everything is going great with me now and can't wait to hunt for that BIG ONE!!! LET'S GO!!!!

Hey Rick, we have lived here in Perris for 6 years now, literally down the street just off Cajalco, and we still have never been too the lake! We are going to get some better kayaks soon and fishing license in January and we will be out there to join you. Thanks for the great video showing us what it's like over there.

I'm born and raised in perris, as were my parents, and the lake is very cool, the bernasconi side as well... thanks for the video.. I dont have much luck or skill when it comes to fishing, but still love doing it lol 🙂 I haven't caught anything the last 3 times, and this guy is reeling them in like its nothing lmao! 👍 good stuff

Yes, you do. Just practice good selective harvesting, meaning, throw back the big ones and keep the small ones.

I'm using a 7ft. Diawa Crossfire rod. Medium action. It's rated for 6 to 12lb. line.
