- Sup yall! So... Leningrad's 'Kolshik', eh? Very... Interesting video! Got scared by all that gore, as expected. I advise you do not watch this reaction with headphones on: your ears will fall off! XD My D.O. pillow is making an appearance again, so I hope you enjoy it as well. ;P
So the video was backwards and what I got from the end was that all the chaos of the circus falling apart and people dying was caused by a little girl blowing bubbles. One of the bubbles flew in the air and exploded into a performer's eye, causing her to fall to her death. In turn, it triggered a chain reaction of unfortunate events that lead to the eventual chaos. Okay... So, yeah it was a fun watch, minus the bloodiness. I'm glad I was at least able to watch 90% of the video XD.
The song was relaxing at least, in a sense that it wasn't creepy. It had an upbeat beat, and sometimes I felt like the instrumental was mocking or joking about what was happening on screen. So that helped relieve me a little bit from my mouth-drying stress. I legit felt like puking at some point... Uggh XD
Next video will be a Little Big one, for sure, because I forgot to spin the Random Wheel in the beginning lol. So it's a surprise, stay tuned! ;)

1) The clip is called "Scratcher" (a slangism), not "Tattoo artist"; 2) The song is a parody of another song by the same title by Mihail Krug; 3) The clip was shot in the circus of the city of Tver' (an old Russian city, one of the fiercest rivals of Moscow in XIV-XV centuries). Now, can you guess where Mihail Krug was born, lived all his life and, of course, gave concerts?

i`d say chaos was mostly because of technician screwin girl in his workspace and getting electricuted by accident, that`s why gorilla beflamed, that`s what caused UV light, which in its turn revealed to the circus director that money marked as "bribe", what led to the fight and fall of the man onto the police car(police was up to arrest director for bribery). They blew up smoke grenade and broke the wall, hitted whey and broke apartment of director.

You asked about a connection between the song and the video. The song is about a woman that asks a tattoo master to make her eyebrow tattoos so that she would look more unapproachable because she just had an unhappy love story - she loved her bf a lot, he didn't care a lot about her but they lived together, but then he suddenly left her and their kid. So here she is, with a sense of catastrophe and never wanting to get relations again, and the video illustrates this feeling of a sudden catastrophe that came out out of nothing.

About the gone love for one guy - a greedy, gluttonous, pompous, and eventually abandoned the girl and her daughter Olya (full form of name Olga). Apparently the little girl with soap bubbles is this Olya. And the clip shows what the fatherless man leads to. So the main villain is the absent guy

Cool, hahaha! Ilya Naishuller is one of the most talented Russian directors if you ask me, another video he directed is Leningrad's "Ju-Ju", an absolute masterpiece. Also, can't help it but constantly think about the fact that my mother's name is Ira (slash Irina) and my own name is Ilya - not making it up, it's true. :D Just funny to think about it. It’s been awhile but:
The lyrics to the song are about a woman demanding a tattoo artist use his craft to tattoo “mean eyebrows” onto her, so that they can scare away her pain. The story she tells is of a man she was romantically involved with taking advantage of her, cheating on her, and abandoning her leaving alone her with their daughter.
“Tattoo artist” is relevant because that’s who shes telling the story to, and the most common words in the song are a demand to “tattoo it” (the eyebrows on her)
In terms of the video, Leningrads videos don’t always have a relation so maybe I’m reaching here. But since the song is about a broken relationship i think there’s some visual metaphor. After a breakup, you step back through the relationship evaluating Red flags you overlooked or what happened, so the reversed video. The scene with the money could stand for the man’s deception and greed. The sex scene could be his lust. And so on. Overall a complete catastrophe was a chain reaction starting with a single little girl. This could be a metaphor for how complications in a relationship can seem small at first but can actually either be a bigger deal in reality (as in the case of cheating you may only get a small glimpse of a bigger issue so it seems innocent) or it might be metaphor for mounting resentment of small issues arent handled right and compound.
Or maybe the director just wanted to have fun and I’m over interpreting. Not sure
Honey, I told you that Russians are very mysterious and always have a deep meaning. In Russian songs, sometimes the author turns to the tattoo master, someone for the sake of tattoos(who has served time in prison, etc.), and in this song, the singer asks the tattoo master to fill(prick) her eyebrows, so that the look becomes more severe. I don't know how to make eyebrows in North America, but in Russia, many wealthy and beautiful women do eyebrow tattoos.
Oh thats cool! Here people get tattoo eyebrows and even eyeliner tattoos because of laziness: wanting to save time from doing their makeup in the morning, and I guess also to save money in the long run

They always want to be on top not for the sake of the guy, but for themselves, to feel like a Queen and enjoy the attention of others.
