André Matos, Luis Mariutti, and Ricardo Confessori, among others, were members of the band Angra in the late 90s (André had been one of the band's founders). In 2000, André, Luis, and Ricardo left the band Angra and formed the band Shaman. Since 2013, Fabio Lione has been a singer for Angra. André Matos passed away in 2019. Dan knew him personally, and he immediately covered the song "Carry On," inspired by André Matos's vocals. Dan Vasc collaborated with Fabio Lione on a cover song titled "Dawn Of Victory" ft. FABIO LIONE - Rhapsody Cover, which is truly epic because originally Fabio was the singer of this song. There is still an older "Dawn Of Victory" cover by Dan. Dan also recorded this song with Luis Mariutti called "Black Wind Fire And Steal," exceptionally epic. Lastly, Dan collaborated with Ricardo Confessori on a song called "Where The Eagles Fly," where Dan did and sung the vocals. It's more than epic because Dan is completely himself in it. So they all know each other very well and are part of the absolutely awesome heavy metal scene of São Paulo. I suggest you to react on Dan's and Fabio's cover "Dawn Of Victory" ft.
