today we're thrifting at the rose bowl flea market, one of my favorite thrifting spots in LA! i'm on the hunt for size 16 / midsize / plus size friendly vintage pieces, lingerie wear, disney always, and anything unique and fun! we had the best girls day thrifting around for 4 hours - make sure you stay til the end for a try on thrift haul! hope you enjoy xoxoxo

For anyone that is looking for the amazing Disney overalls stand at the rose bowl: if you cross the bridge (there’s two and it doesn’t matter which two) and turn RIGHT, I believe they are located on the left of the first aisle! I think they’ve been there both times we’ve gone too but there is always a chance they may be somewhere else so I guess this may or may not be helpful!
What about online for those of us not in CA??😭

This video inspired me to run back into town to my local charity shop to grab an original 100% leather Doc martens satchel bag - that I originally passed on but then I thought no what am I doing!?!? - so I ran and I got it and I love it! - may the thrifting gods be watching over you all - love your videos Carrie!
Most tee shirts are 100% cotton. If your tank tops are polyester, spandex, or nylon, they’re not going to breathe anywhere near as well as cotton. Which will make you sweat more and feel hotter. Might want to check the fabric composition of your tank tops.
So good to see a good flea market haul! I went to a local flea market on Friday and was so disappointed. Everything was either way overpriced or thrown on the dirty floor.
LOVE the potential of the first item; the mint green top. I also love your ideas to pair it with black skirt and black boots. You might consider a black crop top under it and even the possibility of wearing the back in the front, so the ties are in the back. It could be an interesting look! LOVED this video and all of your recent thrifting videos!!!
I agree with wearing the blank tank top underneath it. I feel if you tried turning it around, the back would be too high in the neck area.
I was going to say the exact same thing about wearing the mint green top backwards! :)

My sister just went to Disney with her husband and her son and her sons father and all of his kids (5) and his new wife!!! And then they stopped in Pasadena to see our dad and say happy Father’s Day. I’m jelly.

The black and white what you call slip skirts are exactly that they're slips that would go under your skirts.
Just like the lingerie style tops are just straight up lingerie.

Bet all the Disney came from the cast member store which is pretty smart because they are deep discounted. So whoever is selling probably a cast member and getting a good profit which is great since Disney doesn’t pay well. ❤

Please don't pay to Taylor the blue top. It's an easy fix and you can definitely do it on your own. I love all of the item especially the overalls! So glad you got them!! :)
What happened to the weather in California? Is it due to the climate change?
Those are not slip skirts, they are straight up slips lol. By all means, where what you want how you want, but it makes me laugh when you call them skirts.
Also, these videos always make me sad that we don't have flea markets this good in my area.
haha i feel you, i guess i use "slip" as a loose term for the style (slip top, slip skirt, etc.) but that's probably not super accurate since i do know the skirts are just slips themselves lol!
