Basically my little mix of the the UBW chant and theme which in the end i think is pretty epic especially when they both say Unlimited Blade Works
Yes and by they i mean Archer and Shirou, they both chant it together, and the music pretty much fits in almost perfectly, this is my first video so let me no what you think about it, i got all the chants and music from the psp version of Fate Unlimited Codes and i do not own any of the audio but i did mix all the audio into one
Since im getting alot of messages asking for the voice files and that at times it takes me 20 days to reply ive uploaded all the voice files to MU into a single .rar file here is the link

I think the reason they are different is because Archer's is based on his life as a servant
The "I have no regrets" part I think shows that he is now, different from Archer, because Archer had many regrets.
the visual novel is way better than the anime

@jamierawr88 Actually in the VN for the pc, Shiro does use the chant, once, before kicking Gilgamesh' ass.
If I recall, one of my favorite lines just before that, spoken by Shiro,
"I can beat him. If it were any other Servant, I would die. But if it's him, I can win."
So many chills when the music fades and you hear "Yet, those hands will never hold anything."

The only reason I could think of as to why they wouldn't use Shirou's Unlimited Blade Works would be that they couldn't figure out how it would work when Archer tried casting his in Shirou's and vice versa. I could be wrong, but that doesn't sound all that hard to work around.

It was at first planned that it leads to an Ilya route^^ but then it was cancelled... just like the Caster route, which in my opinion would have been very interesting.
Am I the only one that likes the DEEN EMIYA theme more than the current anime?

Kenji Kawaii’s Emiya theme is my favorite version, when it played in the Archer vs Berserker fight I had a big smile on my face.
Granted the DEEN anime has its flaws but it’s not bad either.

Piotr Guniewicz Well, for one, Shirou'd be getting a lot stronger a lot faster. His skills in UBW are just from being around Archer, having a Master-Servant connection would make it fly through the roof. 'Course, Archer'd still be trying to kill him, so that'd be pretty bad.
ElectricAlect Not really. It's not that much of a stretch having him summon Archer. Sure, Avalon is inside of Shirou, but he's also using Archer's blood as a regent. Honestly, if Rin hadn't already summoned Archer, then Shirou probably would've.

I finally played through UBW a while ago and Shirou used the japanese chant in there. Archer used the english chant, though not completely, more like specific parts of it. Seems like it was "updated" later on.
Well that's the thing. Shirou's UBW and Archer's UBW are never cast at the same time in any sort of media I'm aware of. There's know way of knowing how the spells would interact with one another.

Nope I found out, it was for the unlimited codes game. The VN never had the full version of Archer saying the chant, let alone Shirou.

+EvilSapphireR I guess that the idea for Shirou's ultimate skill was UBW before it was scrapped and was replaced by Nine Lives Blades Works. But you have to be honest tho those arias when they collide each others make you feel like the real shit begins specificly when they synchronise the "Unlimited Blades Works".
+Whity only of shirou's English was a bit better. his chant sounds really liquidated in front of archer's immense

@bakura0 If you mean can Shiro use Unlimited Blade Works in Fate Unlimited Codes, No, he can't. Shiro's ultimate attack in Unlimited Codes is "Nine-Lives Blade Works" where he copies Berserker's (Hercules) sword(?) and uses it for a single attack but hurts his arm in the process.
they should have made 3 shirous! a Fate Shirou, a UBW Shirou, and an HF Shirou. Fate Shirou's specials would be caliburn and avalon projection, UBW Shirou's specials would be Chainwing and UBW (chants included), and HF Shirou's specials would be Nine Lives Blade Works, Crane Wing, and Excalbur (corrupted) projection.

@androsh I do know Heaven's Feel is crushing (specially coz MY beautiful Sakura suffers there ;__;). But still, "I am the bone of my sword" is a phrase that sounded totally hilarious to me when I first heard it. I was like "... he had a WHAT?"
@vc180191 I think the chant is different for them because of their world views. Shirou will run full tilt without stopping, without looking back, whereas Archer laments that he'll never be fulfilled in life...

I tried everthing and finally did extracted the chants. Emiya japanese and english I got from Unlimited codes PSP. How did you made Emiya chants sounds similar to Archer (like something disturbing the sound with an echo). Very good mix. ^_^
very late reply, from memory they where split into several files, each file was a sentence from the chant, if i remember it was because in the game you had to pull off the move several times before you could UBW. I just matched them up, i kind of envisioned it as they were both fighting each other, and both used UBW at the same time.
@BlazingAzureTheta I think it takes from all 3. Because Zero Lancer and Saber Alter are both in Unlimited Codes. As for Heaven's Feel, I don't know. I've only seen the anime, and I haven't even seen the complete anime (such as Caster's fight with Shiro and Rin with Sakura as her hostage, and how Lancer dies) yet.

Interesting fact however, Ilya is actually a little older then Shiro. She's a homunculus created by a mixture of her mothers DNA, and Kiritsugu's (mean he is biologically her father.).
The reason she looks younger is a slower growth rate.

hmm.. i meant the ilya route focuses on shirou becoming archer, ubw route focuses on rin and archer, and um... shirou and archer fight included, and the archer said many things to him, like " saving everyone is your father's dream, it's not yours.. " he said that he regretted it... blah blah blah..

Maybe if they make another Fate fighting game like Unlimited Codes, they can go the route of Melty Blood with three differing styles. Like for Saber, Fate!Saber, Saber Lily, Saber Alter. And the three Shirous you mentioned. idk, it's a thought.
