Today we show you an Airbnb mansion that we stayed in during our visit the the small town of Dullstroom.
Introducing the Home on the Green! This is a large luxury Airbnb mansion located in highland Gate Golf and Trout Estate.
The golf estate boasts of an 18 hole golf course, a club house, a lake for trout fishing, and hiking trails throughout.
This modern mansion does well to combine plaster, stone and wood with exposed wood and steel beams complementing the neutral color scheme.
The floor plan is modelled after an upside down home. The entertainment area normally found on the ground floor is found on the 1st floor. This was done with the views of the estate in mind.
The home has been beautifully furnished. The Neutral paint scheme is paired with rich colors found in furniture pieces in the house. all the bedroom take advantage of the views, each opening up to an exterior area,
The entertainment area is open plan living with vaulted ceilings. Attached is a kitchen and scullery, as well as access to the main entertaining balcony.
The kitchen of this home is simple, but the attention to detail makes it special. The light cabinetry is paired with a dark grey countertop, as well as polished silver fittings ,and a stainless steel gas stove and extractor.
All bathrooms are spacious with a free-standing bathtub and/or a frameless shower, a double sink vanity, as well as enclosed water closets.
