I’ve just had the House Gumbo at Tiana’s and from what I remember about the gumbo at Port Orleans, well, I don’t. So clearly it wasn’t that memorable. But when I had this Tiana’s one, my eyes lit up!

Also - 7 greens gumbo is blasphemous 😅 gumbo des herbes is a thing but they did not replicate it correctly 😅 I do understand the need for plant based inclusive menu items so I’ll give them a pass.

Definitely roast beef poboys are a thing with au jus. Acme oyster house calls them the 10 napkin roast beef poboy...u gotta have it dressed with mayonnaise and lettuce and tomato...no pickle.
