“Shadow Dancing” was a big hit during the summer of 1978. I was a 22 year old black woman with a bad sense of rhythm and this song was guaranteed to always get me dancing on the dance floor. Andy Gibb was the perfect example of “blue eyed soul”. Those Gibb boys sure are talented. I was in love with Andy! He had a solo career but when your older brothers are The BeeGees of course they will help their baby brother. So much talent and tragedy in one family.
Absolutely! Yes, his brothers wrote all his music and it was a shared thing because he had the same vocal DNA they had and wanted to get his talent out there too! All those guys had great singing voices.

@JamelAkaJamel Andy Gibb was the baby brother. He was so talented. He had his own solo career this was his solo this was not done with the beegees as their band but I believe the brothers are on this one. He had many hits. Ahh back in the day, age 14, dancing and singing with friends, crushing on Andy! And put a beard on him, and he's Barry. Those two look more alike than the twins! Well, of course they're fraternal twins, but you know Barry and Andy were related. And we were all devastated and shocked when he passed. Continue to RIP Andy, Robin and Maurice!
