Many thanks for all these classic Beatles song lessons Ivor. All are fantastic, I'm loving them. The only improvement I could suggest is to always wear your Spurs shirt/pullover 😁😁😁😁
I enjoyed that Ivor, I always played it in A but capo'd to second fret so effectively B, but it sounds good in C. One small thing, just a personal opinion but I tried the G sus 4 and for me I found the high e string on the first fret sounded better than with the finger on the third fret, but maybe that's just my guitar Thanks though, appreciate the time you take to put these things on YT
Hi Barry, Thank you for your feedback. I am glad you enjoyed my lesson. My lessons are just a framework to enable everyone to play the songs. Everyone will eventually end up playing them their own way with subtle chord changes etc. which is great and how it should be. Ivor
@@ivorsorefingers Yeah that's one of the things I enjoy about some of your comments that you don't always see with others and that chords, notes etc can be flexible and what an individual finds "hits the right note" as it were Also handy to see options to playing certain chords, not everyone can find a way to play certain chord shapes easily and cleanly. I've been playing years now but even now some of by barre chords can sound a bit duff if I get a bit casual even without a drink! Keep up the great work
A couple of weeks ago, you said you weren't taking any more requests (and you know what's coming!) BUT any chance you could do a song I've not heard in years (until today) - "You're So Vein" by Carly Simon?
