6:35:09 Did they both forget the scene right after Seifer attacks the president where Edea pops out and freezes everyone and Seifer goes with her? I guess a lack of sleep will do that.

2:10:10 I dunno why he doesn't take the time to explain the theories. Yoshinori Kitase was asked about Rinoa being Ultimecia and said no, the other writers might have had something to that effect in mind but the final product released without that being a specific element of the story that was deliberately included. As for Squall being dead, Kitase confirmed definitely no, the ice shard hits his shoulder. Doesn't even take 30 seconds to explain.
