Imo, I feel like that much speed isn't needed if you're on lifesteal set at least You probably want that much on speed set I guess. I also feel lifesteal set is his best set. He doesnt have crazy damage like a Candy for example but his aoe S1 heals a good amount. Can build him a bit slower (170+ spd) and bulkier (15k+ hp and 1300 def) with aroung 3.5k+ atk. Makes him very hard to kill and when his passive fully stacks, then he can pop off. And yeah Fire Ravi destroys him.
Overall i think he is solid in pvp. Not broken but not weak and WAY better than Kane.

I think he works better on a less bulky mora damage lifesteal build, otherwise as you said he doesn’t offer too much danger and can simply be ignored

Lifesteal with his artifact or snow crystal is like way better, gets him crazy heals on his s1 kind of like candy's salvo and he cycles decently fast so its even more effective

I tested both speed and lifesteal build and lifesteal is actually way better considering his s1 is an aoe and his passive already gives him plenty of speed. Btw I want to mention that if you can get more crit rate Chou's artifact is a very good option.

These stats are not much different than the ls set stats I saw in people build

First build of yours i have seen that i disagree with speed set feels like a waste. Seen a few builds with similar stats on LS. Also high end RTA Jenua runs ER which makes him not good into Jenua….

He's honestly better to be built more bulky and then be on a lifesteal set
