After camping in a vehicle for the first time, I have even more respect for all of the work that it must take to film yourself and do all of the things that come along with vehicle camping. I'm SO jealous. I'm in southeast Michigan and the ice is no good here as of Jan 19. We got ice during that deep freeze around Christmas but I was unavailable to try anything yet. Pulled my BayRunner shanty out and got it ready and it's been mild weather ever since. Finally had some ice growing and just got 40 temps all week again. My gf wants to try ice fishing with me for the first time but there's no ice! Hopefully soon! Can't wait.

On a day where literally every single light came on in my vehicle, my heat went out, and my power steering died, tire went flat came off the bead and I stripped the bolt trying to put my spare on, I’m glad I can get home and decompress with these videos. I always wanted to know what you were going to birth out of this channel. How would be navigate outside of this. When you said you were turning this into an outdoor brand I smiled so hard. Cause yes. Yes you can Mav. And you can cause you care. Proud of you. I see a lot of channels not investing in the future but more of now and they burn out. We watched you evolve and it's beautiful.
Never gone ice fishing but it looks like alot of fun.

With 9.5" of ice there is virtually nothing to worry about. Always a chance, but very very slim if you know what to look for.
Honestly you should be. We all should be, that water ain't no joke.
Love your videos and very inspiring. You can also live your dreams through you. I live in Florida and I dream of going to some of the northern states like Montana, Wisconsin, even Canada, it all looks cozy on video but I had better start local and make sure I can handle it before I make a life change to find out you make the cold seem nonexistent. In Florida we get cold in 40,s lol. Unfortunately I only have a 5 1/2 foot bed but gonna have to use what I have. Also pushing 60. I may really have to stay close and keep house unless I get an ROA type. Keep it up and best of luck.

Also being from MN (Mora area) I remember ice fishing camping in a fish house with bunk beds. To me as a kid that was awesome. Now I enjoy taking my kids ice fishing.
