La Fondation FondaMental, dédiée à la recherche en psychiatrie et à la déstigmatisation des maladies mentales, est heureuse de partager le replay de la conférence du Professeur Brenda Penninx lors du global Summit for Precision Psychiatry (2ème edition) qui s’est tenu à Bruxelles les 15, 16 et 17 mai 2024.
Brenda Penninx, PhD, est professeur et présidente du département de psychiatrie de l’UMC d’Amsterdam et leader mondial dans la recherche sur la santé mentale. Depuis 2004, elle dirige l’étude multi-sites Netherlands Study of Depression and Anxiety (NESDA), une étude longitudinale sur l’évolution et les conséquences des troubles dépressifs et anxieux. Elle est largement reconnue pour son approche interdisciplinaire de la recherche sur la santé mentale, qui intègre la psychiatrie, la psychologie, la neuroimagerie, la génomique, la psychoneuroendocrinologie, la sociologie et la médecine comportementale.

The FondaMental Foundation, dedicated to psychiatric research and the destigmatisation of mental illness, is pleased to share the replay of Professor Brenda Penninx's lecture at the global Summit for Precision Psychiatry (2nd edition) held in Brussels on 15, 16 and 17 May 2024.
Brenda Penninx, PhD, is Professor and Chair of the Department of Psychiatry at the UMC in Amsterdam and a world leader in mental health research. Since 2004, she has directed the multi-site Netherlands Study of Depression and Anxiety (NESDA), a longitudinal study of the course and consequences of depressive and anxiety disorders. She is widely recognised for her interdisciplinary approach to mental health research, which integrates psychiatry, psychology, neuroimaging, genomics, psychoneuroendocrinology, sociology and behavioural medicine.
