I am Zambian living in Zambia. In Zambia we have over 5000 Rwandese refuges living without IDs and don't want to repatriate back home . The question is why are Rwandese in Zambia refusing going back home?. Paul has done well in Rwanda but for him to live as positive legacy he needs to leave the seat while the audience is still clapping. My previous coworker is from Rwanda. He said that when he landed in Los Angeles he was completely shocked to the point that he thought he might have disembarked in the wrong country entirely. He said that he felt that way because of all of the homeless people on the streets, to him it was impossible because America was known for having so much wealth that they give it away to help other countries.
The States are simply lying and they have an African complacent battery of medias honkers and “influencers” repeating day and night, their message as a benevolent nation. Now that Rouanda is Rwanda, and English the language of choice, you have no excuse for allowing to be fooled by les Américains.

@@wellars12 Speaking as an American, I think that the average African person that moves to America will see their standard of living improve, as far as material items: the house, car, clothing etc. I've never met a homeless person in America that was an African immigrant, they're usually other Americans that had bad childhoods and got addicted to drugs or alcohol. You won't have the same feeling of community though. This may shock you but I don't know the names of my neighbors and when I tell other people I work with this or my friends they say they also do not know the names of their neighbors. That is city life in America. Small towns are better for that.
