WATERFORD SHOCK ROVERS IN TALLAGHT. SHAMROCK ROVERS 1-1 WATERFORD

Not a great performance for rovers as they lose 3-1 at home to Waterford. The game starts and 2 minutes in Waterford take the lead thanks to a Leon Pöhls Own Goal who put the visitors ahead. 5 minutes later Johnny Kenny slots the ball past Sam Sargeant to make it 1-1 inside 10 minutes. Shortly after that Waterford strike back thanks to Dean Mcmenamy shot from outside the box in the 17th minute. That was it for the first half until Waterford got a 3rd goal thanks to a Conor Parsons goal from outside the box making it 3-1 to the blues. This was enough to seal the game for Waterford in the end taking home 3 points down the M7 on Bank Holiday Monday.

Great video lad. Rovers first defeat at home in over a year isn't ideal , lucky that Derry and shels drew. Understandable as the squad has so many injuries
