My "dayitforward" was actually given to me.. On the 16th, I got to celebrate MY first Mother's Day, over again... I got reunited with my daughter that was adopted against my will when I was too young..
She is beautiful, and it was one of the best Mother's Day gifts ever.. one of the best because I have two amazing little girls home with me.
My first one would have been in 1992... so, even though, it was a bit late.. it was still a great mother's day gift.
