Patrick McHale was one of the artists for Over the Garden Wall. The other was Jim Campbell. No wonder most of the people have those cute triangle noses. In The Walking Dead TV show there was a zombie who picked up a teddy bear. I guess some keep their memories, which explains the kids in this video. They have their memories but use them to get their victims' guard down. Creepy, and really sad.

if anyone is wondering of why this animation reminds us of otgw. the first character designs of the show were in this cartoonish style. he wanted it be simple enough to animate but in the end he changed up the style alot with the help of his animators!
