In the first video, we were shocked when this high mileage, AP2 S2000 showed up from Georgia missing several expensive parts. The gauge cluster, steering wheel, airbag, taillights, rear wing, soft top latches were all stolen off the car at the Copart lot. Copart agreed to buy the car back from us and that was the end of the story.
Even though this car had a lot of question marks around it. When it ran at auction again it went cheap enough for us to say, what the hell. And we bought it back! Now its time to see if we can get this car running to hear the motor and see what other surprises it may have in store.

Is the engine worth big bucks?
If the compression numbers on a super high mileage engine are super strong, does that mean the engine is strong in every aspect?
It basically just means leak down in cylinders so like everything is working how it’s supposed to but doesn’t change the fact that it has high mileage but it is healthy

I bought a 2001 S2000 and enjoyed it. But it was unbelievably hard on tires. 3 years and 4 sets of tires. No matter what tires I had on it to would change lanes by its self with runoff from sprinkler systems.

We used to do g37 sport pretty regularly. The market pushed us out of them tho. Just not enough money in parts vs what they sell for at auction
