Zippo did a really good job. The lighters look great. Only have had to send one in to get fixed myself and they did an awesome job. Pretty sweet Zippo replaced the lanyard too.

There are horror stories of Zippo repair though if you are outside of the USA, with the turn around time taking as much as 6 months, sending out batches of lighters for repair to Bradford only on certain dates of the year.
I have an smc supreme with stripped female threads where the flint spring is supposed to go, any way to fix it
