I know this is a throw back video, but I also have extremely high blood pressure ( and im young in good shape), and you shouldnt take your blood pressure with your legs crossed. You should sit up with your feet flat too get a proper reading. Just some words of wisdom for you that doctors and nurses have taught me. May God Bless everyone who is fighting this heart issue because when your young and have it, I was like " who cares? ", but as your age creeps up and you start feeling your heart palpitate more for no reason, along with dizzy bouts, It can start to get scary as hell!

hey Allen, This reality show is actually about 12 years old give or take. CZcams shows the date in the " description, or days ago section " when it was re posted by somebody else, or a channel reposting to gain monetary views. I know it can be annoying!! I agree though that if this being taped during Covid I would be extremely mad watching people frolic around like that with no protection. So its good looking out on your part!🥰
