Master Duel is severely limited in what banned cards are and are not craftable.
@@tuvillo you can craft banned cards im pretty sure if u sort ur deck to include forbidden cards, people have been playing with banned cards in private rooms

People fail to realize just how much amazing generic insect support there is. The reason being that it does nothing but extend, but still doesn’t have a solid INSECT monster to end on. Yea, Atlas is a towers but…when you’re competing with a towers like Noir, Atlas looks HELLA mid 😢
Thats why my insect deck ends on beetrooper armor horn. on the opponents side of the field. and with a shinobi pointing at it and all other monsters in defence position. it's amazing how many decks in plat can't beat that
@@TheGolipop Curious to know the combination of plays that leads to that. I have to assume geonator plays a part? Back when Beetrooper were in their first wave of support in TCG, I used to run Give and Take to dump Scout Buggy on the opponent’s field for a similar effect.
When I get tired of meta decks, I’ll run my Insect/Punk deck in Diamond/Master. It puts up Dragon Link levels of end boards, but it’s nowhere near as resilient to interruption, sadly. It’s also trash going second, but boy is it fun when it works :D

Feedback for season 2: if a card has more than some % representation, it gets banned regardless of who won. Like, take all the decklists and count how much of that card pool is a certain card, and if it's over some threshold, let's say something like 5%, then it gets banned. This''ll make it so that certain generic support cards get eventually banned. I don't know if this is a good idea or not, I just think it'll be funny to see forbidden chalice be banned by episode 4 or 5

Konami should have a special league/ranking season with a roatating MASS banlist in addition or ammending the regular banlist in MD thats different from the normal season.
This may sound crazy, but for season 2 since you are going to end up banning everything already, start out season one with nothing banned. Just start with everything at 3

There is still the mistake about suships: the cards mention themselves as "gunkans", so the archetype is gunkans not suships

Honestly banning most of the op/floodgate cards and putting some limits on summons and things like that would probably fix the unbalance of the game, I like to believe. But aain, it'd require a whole new format with new cards too, or just Edison

the series definitely needs more monster type bans, this episode showed that insects, zombies, and dragons just have alot of generic power that persists through multiple banlists

Unfortunately Hyper Stadium is an U.A. card so thats not available, and the deck really needs that card to not be an inconsistent mess. Some of the archetypes you'd play F.A with like PUNK amd Metalfoes are also banned which doesnt help.

Guardian Chimera is part of an archetype that isn't even in MD yet(because it came out like 2 years after the card did). So banning it before the rest of things come out would be kinda sad.
If you’re referring to the Chimera cards, it’s not part of that archetype. Not a single card in that deck refers to “Chimera” monsters. All either refer to “Chimera the Flying Mythical Beast”, or “Chimera Fusion.”
Well then just ban all the Guardian cards, God knows they were a mistake anyway.
