My name is Edward. I do reactions to some alone, with a family member, and even sometimes the entire family. When he says that "messi probably doesn't know the rules" he is referring to fact that Messi doesn't dive to the floor to gain a penalty or free kick (which would be good advantage) when he receives a critical kick in the leg or a simple push, and instead he just stand up and keeps running after the ball.
I remember I first watched the argentinian version (in spanish I mean) when I was a teenager. This speech still moves me. Nice reaction!

I believe the origional vid of this was made around 2012 or something, it's removed of youtube nowadays, but there are still copies of it like this around. They are a little updated, but as good as Messi was around 2012 was ridiculous. He scored a goal against every single opponent in the league. EVERY SINGLE OPPONENT IN HIS LEAGUE, that's 20 opponents and at least one goal against every single one of them. It was also the time the scored 5 goals in one match in a CL quarter final. He scored more goals then anyone has ever done in history and that while he's actually a midfielder. On top of that, he also had the most assists. He was insane at the time. And I think he's still the best football player out there nowadays, 8 years later.
