Honestly we don't think of him as taking care of himself because of all the abuse he puts his body through, but they made a bit about putting horse cum in his sunscreen he used every day. He was never a super hard drug user and clearly took fairly decent care of his skin and stuff. He also looks like someone who drinks a lot of water lol
