瓦煲酸辣鱼 Hot and Sour Claypot Fish
材料 A: Ingredients A:
2.2公斤 罗非鱼 - 2.2kg tilapia
少许盐 - dash of salt
适量的 胡椒粉 - Proper Amount of white pepper
适量的玉米粉 - Proper Amount of corn flour
材料 B: Ingredients B:
半碗油 - ½ bowl of oil
两粒 蒜米 - 2 pcs garlic
50克 姜片 - 50g slices ginger
两粒大葱 - 2 pcs onions
3~ 4条 小辣椒 - 3~ 4 bird's eye chili (chili padi)
适量的 辣椒干 - Proper Amount of Dried chili
三条 香茅 - 3 lemongrass
一汤匙 豆酱 - 1 tbsp Taucu
一汤匙 辣红油豆瓣酱 - 1 tbsp Hot Broad beanpaste
一汤匙 罐头香菇肉酱 1 tbsp Pirk Mince With Bean
6~8片 亚参果片 - 6~8 Asam fruit slices
4~5串 咖喱叶 - 4~5 skewers Curry Leaf
两汤匙 亚三糕 - 2 tbsp Asam Jawa
1 tsp Maggi Sambal Tumis
1茶匙 黑酱油/ 老抽 - 1 tsp black soy sauce
1 汤匙 酱油 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
1汤匙 蚝油 - 1tbsp oyster sauce
1茶匙 玉米粉(勾芡) - 1 tsp corn flour (for Thickening)
1 汤匙 糖 - 1tbsp sugar
两根葱 - 2 green onion
适量的芫茜 / 香菜 (装饰) - Proper Amount of coriander / Chinese parsley(Garnishing)
