@@1RRaider Lan is the term for everything inside your house, local area network, its not a transmission medium. Copper lines, sometimes fibre are all overhead or underground outside, 200ft is laughable when it already travels miles from your ISP.
Using copper cables aren’t really a good transmission media for a connection to a LAN using things like fibre which have no external interference is way better

Actually, distance is not a big issue. Inside data centers that the online game runs on, they use CAT6A cables longer up to 300ft. If the best data centers use it to run millions of players in your most popular games, It will be fine in your home :) Other variables such as your ISP, switch gear, motherboard, etc. also matter.

Ethernet does not work for me it makes me lag 20x worse I was at like 200 ping and I plugged it in and I was at 1000 getting kicked out every time I joined
