My rb750gr3 stop working dyring upgrading ,now i am trying to upgrade it through netinstall,but connection between rb and my laptop is not establishing.i put manual ipv4.connect and disconnect again and again.i think my rb restart aftar for a while,please guide me.
I am not expert in this field but have some step that may help you. 1. Turn off antivirus the logic is that antivirus blocks most of the ports of computer as well as the port that Netinstall use. 2. Change the Computer it doesn't make sense but some times it works, possibly some services of your windows are not working or stopped working or maybe blocked or damaged. 3. Reset Mikrotik Router (www.mikrotik.com.my/reset-to-factory-default-settings/) Click the link and follow Mikrotk reset process steps by step and make sure the rest process is done completely. 4. Download tools ( mikrotik.com/download ) Click the link and download the correct OS version and Netinstall software. if needed search about your Router and find out the OS Architecture from mikrotik.com/products 5. install OS by using NetInstall this is the final step, check the video and get rid of it.
