My mom and I fell in love with this song when it was used in the movie 1917. When she was diagnosed with cancer and admitted into hospice, I would sing this song to her. She would have loved this.
We are singing it for my mother’s funeral this Saturday.
My service missionary daughter helped prepare the leaves which fluttered down around everyone.
The music of the Mormon tabernacle choir is very moving and inspires faith in God.
