Vorrei andare a kiev da solo dal 23 al 27 agosto , spero si possa partire causa restrizioni covid , la città sembra super economica e anche molto bella e sicura

This guy is speaking Italian in this video and in Italian language the name of the city is Kiev. So the spelling is correct. The same way we say Parigi and not Paris or Londra and not London.

Changing the spelling of your capital city will not increase the quality of life of your country...

Meaning...KYIV spelling would be correct for every language, that uses Latin alphabet _(English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Polish, Turkish and etc.)_
