Like it could be frade.,or rubbed open touching on the frame somewhere.,or just broken into.
This is so simple to figure out. Put gas in it. If it still dont crank, pull fuel supply at throttle body( or fuel rail if injected) thats gonna tell you all you need to know. Also you can spray starter fluid in throttle body. If it cranks , the its likely a bad or clogged fuel pump or pump fuse. Always look for cheapest things first.
Can’t let that gas sit in that tank long bro. It will eat up the fuel pump and gunk up plus clog the lines up. Drop the tank and gas lines and get a better fuel Pump. Never let the car sit for Months.

Go get some STA BIL 360 fuel treatment and injector cleaner.,or you can get the green kind from them to called fix fast from STA BIL fuel treatment and injector cleaner. I would get A bottle of marvel mystery oil to mix those together. as your fuel treatment. I'd just dump the smaller bottle into the bigger one recap it and shake it up really good and add half into $40.00 of fuel.
Running low on fuel a lot will eventually lead to a bad fuel pump! Worst mess up your whole fuel system
