Great Trial and Error on using the Autel. You are a very patient man. Thanks for sharing. You might want to do a new video and shorten to a Summary. I had the same issue, wondering about the light, is the EIS suppose to turn on the bench after completion? I checked my key info and the Password and key status just as you have and it is activated and good.

Friend, to turn the key in the lock to check, you need to connect an emulator.

To do a lot of MB ALK or BMW lost on bench, I don't need Maxiflash Autel J2534 box(cost over 800)? Not planning to purchase the jbox yet until I do enough MB/BMW jobs lol.
I can have customers send me EWS boxes and make keys on bench.

That’s the only way for Mercedes cars. Specially if there’s no key’s available ( lost key )

No, the fail on calculation password is either wrong wiring connection / bad Wi-Fi signal or could be sever connection.
It’s very common to fail, just need to keep trying

pity that autel does not play the game is locked the fact that we cannot make a mercedes key with the autel im508 es xp400 until the update is finished because it forces you to buy the updates to be able to make the mercedes keys allor that on other model no need to have the update activated for the year

I have autel as well as vvdi key tool plus...I think key tool is much faster
