How to tie a one handed Italian Hitch

The Italian Hitch, also know as a Munter Hitch (after Swiss Mountain Guide, Wernter Munter) a simple knot that works by constantly moving. Used in belaying and abseiling it is especially useful if you accidentally drop your belay plate.
