The 5 minute is great. It gets rid of the the noise of the 2000 tick chart and gives you the signal. I mean you can get entire measured moves. The bars are huge though so you can scalp out at three points rather than one. It seems there are just 2 to 5 setups per day if you follow Mack's rules but the wins are huge if you let them go.
