The world is literally Falling In Reverse, Ronnie is such a amazing artist it’s absolutely ridiculous. I hope we get a full album like this. This is 10/10 a masterpiece.

Just saw a whole video of Jacoby and Ronnie listening to this version. Ronnie was nervous and Jacoby was loving it
This song started off some melodious and ended up coming up as something so viscerally emotional. I honestly am holding back tears right now.

Yeah. This is prolly the react of number 70 I watch in the 48 hours and lost the count of how much I just kept replaying the song itself. And still get shivers all over, it is SO F-ING GOOD!
I will just say... Ronnie is an absolute music genius... To take a song that is just an in your face and let's raid and mosh type of song. To turn into this is outstanding and so dang beautiful. I legit cried when I first heard this interpretation. 100 out 10 stars.
I loved this song (original) but Ronnie created a song that really hit home to a lot of people(This song). IMO it went from a song by anger, regret and angst, to a song of pure depression that was loved by every person that listens.
Papa Roach seemed to emphasize the adolescent anger whereas Ronnie conveys the depression and highlights the depth of the lyrics. Both are incredible and leave an undeniable impact.

Just to talk about it and make it clear, my absolute favourite song by Papa Roach is Blood Brothers. Tony Hawk this and that, i still listen to this song while riding my motorcycle. Such a fucking amazing song.
This was my introduction to papa roach as a kid! Tony Hawk pro skater 2 is the best!!
Pappa Roach will always be one of my favorite bands. The original version of this song helped me get through my angry teenage years. Ronnie's version of the song, helped me finally understand the sadness behind the lyrics. I definitely shed a few tears

I think it's worth noting the strong adherence to the lyrics with a significant artistic exception at 3:33. They allow for a long pause, more than a full rest, before singing "I'm fine." This displaces the phrase from "Wish somebody would tell me..." More apparently, Ronnie deviates, repeating, "I'm fine." This repeat, I believe, is not a mistake. By repeating "I'm fine" it plays a bit more like he's trying to convince himself or others that this is manageable, even though it isn't.
There are other purposeful deviations, but this one seems to move people the most. I see people talking about "that first 'I'm fine' got me" or something like that. I believe this is why. It doesn't read the same way the original does. It expresses the interplay between wanting help and insisting you don't need it-how difficult it can be to get help. In this case, the declaration "I'm fine" is betrayed by the musicality, just as our minds can betray us in the other direction.
And someone who grew up with the original this was emotional to hear… the original was for the angry angst in me growing up and this is for the tired, worn out adult i am
