I couldn't give a top 5 but the 3 most BS characters doing everything to win are
Ultimate Gohan
SS1 Goku
Any Vegeta that's not majin.
Vegeta's signature is just so broken there's nothing you can do about it.

For me the most powefull characters are: Cell(form 1 and 2), goku(no ss), Dabura(a lot of damage) and Raditz (infinite combo)

You get near death seals from other galaxies. You can check the number seal by pressing triangle while hovering over the level.

You need to check the number. Hover over the stage and you can press triangle to see the equipment. You need to match the number shown.
