Hell to the no. He should NEVER have married JLo. Ben was grasping at straws. Or more like grabbing a life jacket. He didn't want to "learn" someone new. He didn't want to put out that effort. They all need therapy

Ben is making a spectacle of himself. Why doesn't he just check himself into a treatment facility in Arizona or somewhere instead of melting down in front of the world.
How is he melting down? Do you have first hand knowledge of this? It hasn’t been confirmed that he is back on alcohol only speculation. I don’t think JG would be that close to him or want him that close to his kids if he was an alcoholic again.
@@Darlene-tk6qb I’m basing it on these purported statements he’s made about “waking up from a fever dream”. “got married due to temporary insanity” then renting a house for $100k a month and his mother living there with him. It just makes it look like he’s hanging on by a thread.
@@monarene44 LOL! I’m pretty sure they don’t have treatment centers to treat you for living with your mother (although they probably should). I myself once married for the same reason. I was left questioning my own sanity when I woke up from my own fever dream.
JG is just using her kids as pawns to be with Ben every day.

Not true. She's the one who divorced him. But he's the father of her children. She will always love him. However, she wanted him sober and stable and supported his marriage to JLo

Jlo has no power over when ben and the mother of his kids communicate. Maybe she should concentrate on her kids. Ben kids has a great mom.

He needs to get real help with his heavy addictions he always looks so depressed 😔
Jen G. has a choice to make. If she chooses to let him in then she gets all the manipulation that goes with trying to help someone who is an addict. I just hope one day she understands he is not her problem.

Ben runs to Jen G and she responds by letting him into her life... co-dependent? We teach people how to treat us and she is showing her kids the wrong message. John Hill is absolutely right..she has to walk away from Ben and allow him to make his own decisions. He needs help. Addicts tend to use people who they know will fall for their distress. Keyword...use. Please don't fall for his garbage.
I felt like you at one time. Then, my 38 yr old nephew took his life. The whole family feels guilt everyday. We have to live with our choice of tough love for the rest of our lives.
Remember you and your nephew's family are not GOD. You are just human beings trying to do the right thing. I've had to turn my back, so to speak on my sister, a narcissistic ex-husband and I told them I couldn't help them and if the X was going to kill himself that's his choice...it's emotional blackmail!
If you believe you have done all you could then there really isn't anything more you could do.. Is this a military person?
@grwoobie1297 to your reply: I feel your pain sometimes tough love can hunt us once our love ones take their own life. I lost my brother from alcoholism. He was living byhimself his wife left him for another man., it devastated him so much his heart was broken. and he was trying so hard to stop drinking. I had a place for him to get help he was so excited that I was bringing to be with me it was almost a feeling of not being by himself and he knew that he needed his family. has a big sister I always thought I can try to get to him before it was too late. He died of loneliness and overdose on alcohol and passed away the next night before I could go get him. it still breaks my heart and I realize that family should always be with someone who has an addiction and have family therapy for both the addict and the family aswell to cope, but even leaving them alone is not the answer neither. Family is important and getting them help if we can… if people find stray dogs and cats in the street and they rescue them and give them a home to nature them back to health why is it that a human life does not matter has much has of a animal so unspeakable. when our love one have a addiction it is a disease they are suffering from so sad 😞
@@diana12701 I agree. Life is just so damn tuff at times. We think we are doing the right thing for loved ones and then find out we failed. I guess every situation is different because none of us are exactly alike. We just do the best we can. Love hurts
