ALWAYS demand to meet any buyer/seller at a local police department "for the safety and security of all involved".
    1. Scammers will never agree to such a meeting place.
    2. Criminals aiming to rob will never agree to such a meeting place.
In fact, such a demanded meeting place is a rapid way of exposing all sorts of criminals who are essentially given free reign on facebook. Legitimate buyers/sellers will have no issues meeting at a police department. They will probably appreciate the added safety of police being feet away at any moment.

Senior citizens for one. People who do not have experience with the deception that is social media for another.
Not everyone has the same life experience. Mocking does nothing but stroke personal ego. It is better to spread information which helps people not "in the know".

@@theduder2617No, the real reason is that the buyer is often a criminal himself! That's why they don't meet at the police station.

How is anyone else crying about it when you yourself are the one who brought it up in the first place?
You inquired for information, I offered the requested information. That's not crying. That's called a conversation.

@theduder2617 It was a rhetorical question. Idiots do it. Idc how old you are, giving your social security up for this? That's bottom of the barrel dumb.
