Criminals aiming to rob will never agree to such a meeting place. In fact, such a demanded meeting place is a rapid way of exposing all sorts of criminals who are essentially given free reign on facebook. Legitimate buyers/sellers will have no issues meeting at a police department. They will probably appreciate the added safety of police being feet away at any moment.
