The problem with this show is that there's a bunch of little teenage girls who watch it, and they will only vote for the boys they think are hot. Obviously, no one knows what talent is, if this girl got the lowest number of votes.
I've never been so sad on a result show in my life. But I'm so happy to see that so many people loved her just as much as me. She's definitely getting the most attention in terms of media and interviews than any other Idol vote-off contestant. No one got so got as many interviews and stayed "the talk" for so long so QUICKLY after idol.

Hayley reaction when Pia was eliminated was like thank god with a smile, not a fan of Hayley she was so cocky but when Hayley got eliminated in the top 3 I was so happy but she was pissed I loved it sorry not sorry she deserved it.
Pia is an incredible singer. She'll get signed and possibly even venture off into other things. Her talent is well-noted. I'm looking forward to an album of hers.
Pia's voice is undeniably magnificent, and with that kind of vocal talent, she really needs to keep singing, but it wasn't until she got voted off and sang this last time that I really felt her emotionally put it out there. I don't believe she would have been voted off if she'd sung with this much emotional connection the whole time. For me, this was SO her best (she cracked a bit at the end, but that's to be expected). I hope this experience causes her to reach deeply into her true potential.
In all the seasons I've watched "American Idol", I never been more surprised and disappointed. Yes, that's what happened, people assumed that she's great and she'll be in, but didn't vote. We all know she is way better than some of the others that is left. Come on...bring her back!!!! Stephano should NOT be there! Pia should never have left! Yes she already got a record deal and will be making money before the show is even over but the point is she was the best on the show. No one else even came close to her talent!!!

It's been a couple week since she was eliminated and idol isn't the same without her. Whenever she performed I would always have a WOW moment bc her voice is amazing. I miss hearing her Sind those big power ballads, they were often the best performances of the night. If you miss pia though, she's gonna be on dancing with the stars on wednesday and which she's performing mark is dancing ;)
probably the lowest moment in all 15 years of the show, but unfortunately understandable since we know that the majority of voters are teenage girls power voting for their favorite guy. If and when the show comes back they must change that.

Talent doesn't always mean you have "IT". We have all seen or known someone with a great voice but never made it to that status. It is what it is and those people who have voted know what they like. Great voice doesn't always = successful.

I'm completely shocked that Pia got voted off and couldn't believe how much I cried over it! HOWEVER, I'm not upset that the save was used on Casey - he is uber talented and I'm really glad he's still on. All the contestants are amazingly gifted. This is going to get tougher and tougher every week. I like the suggestion someone made that there should be 2 saves, one for guys and one for girls. Why are all the girls getting voted off? The first time i saw her in stage i thought that she is a CONFIRM winner of the season . No matter what happens , i still thinks that she is the BEST among the rest .

I cried so hard when i saw that Pia got eliminated.. Casey, i love ya but Pia should have been saved. Pia better come back to American Idol next year!!!!!!!!

I'm completely shocked that Pia got voted off and couldn't believe how much I cried over it! HOWEVER, I'm not upset that the save was used on Casey - he is uber talented and I'm really glad he's still on. All the contestants are amazingly gifted. This is going to get tougher and tougher every week. I like the suggestion someone made that there should be 2 saves, one for guys and one for girls. Why are all the girls getting voted off? We're down to only 2 girls now! WTF???
