Full tour of Belogradchik Fortress, also known as Kaleto ( "the fortress" from Turkish kale), is an ancient fortress located on the north slopes of the Balkan Mountains, close to the northwestern Bulgarian town of Belogradchik. It is the town's primary cultural and historical tourist attraction, drawing the majority of tourists into the region along with the Belogradchik Rocks.
It is one of Bulgaria's best-preserved fortresses and a national cultural monument.
Entrance is 6 BGN (3 EUR) for 1 person.
Parking is paid 2.4 BGN (1.2 EUR) for 1 hour.

There isn't any. The fortification has been in existence since Roman times, in the first century AD, and is currently an open-air museum.
It is no longer a functional stronghold, although it is in excellent condition.
