Honolulu Fish auction june 2014

5 am I left house to go check out the Oahu fish auction. Amazingly efficient, the fish are off loaded right there at dock, hit the auction block, bar coded scanned and over nighted to restaurants around the country. I got to see my favorites...Monchong, Opah, and Shitome.
