This house is absolutely insane. So large, so beatiful, have swmming pool, garage, large bedrooms with your own bath, big closets, a beatiful design, beatiful colors... I love the tropical vibe of your design and you did not forget about natural light and ventilation. I particularly love the bedrooms, it doesn't look cramped. I also like the family hall, the pool, the roof deck even the utility area. Can you please design a bungalow house with three bedrooms, with a family hall/room, a lap pool and a roof deck or lanai, not forgetting the utility area/dirty kitchen. It would be great if it is an elderly friendly house design. Thanks 😊

The layout is nice although i dont see the need of having a T & B for all rooms esp for the kids. Its ok to have a T&B at the ground floor and a separate one for the master's BR but a common toilet would be enough for the kid's room. Can i have the measurements of the layout? What is the minimum lot size requirement for this kind of house?

Hello, I really love to watch your video designs and I would like to request for a simple modern house design for a 3-storey 7x15 90-sq.m flr area (total of 100sq.m lot area) and a roof deck (for basketball and other leisure).. this house will consist of 4 bedroom (1 on ground flr while the rest will be upstairs) plus a carport that fits for 2 cars.. I would be grateful and excited to see your creative minds for this soon.. thank you very much in advance. :)

Fantastic but suggestion lang po mas maganda po yug unang room sa 1st floor may sariling cr kasi ang weird naman if need mo pa lumabas maligo walang privacy ang laki naman ng space sa utility actually kung reality much better ma space ang dinning kasi ung house for big family but over all AMAZING house design.

I personally dislike the trendy box façade but the floor plan on this house has to be appreciated...the approach on determining spaces is different here; especially on the lower level.
