fragrance addiction is real, if you get bored of fragrances and need something new that THE SIGN OF FRAGRANCE ADDICTION.
I know it's gotta be hard as hell to resist buying any perfumes. I have so many perfumes that I absolutely LOVE (in fact, my collection is perfect in my eyes) and I would be perfectly fine with just those and not getting new ones, yet I still find myself browsing online for new releases and that next amazing gourmand/vanilla. I am not on a no buy but I think I am going to try what you are doing next time I feel the 'need' to buy another perfume and go and smell the ones I already have and to remember how good they are and how happy they make me. Wearing them and smelling good is the ultimate dopamine hit and I need to train myself to be satisfied with that. Wishing you the best of luck on your no buy! ♥

@@Olliesmom Sure will! I have gotten really good at just repurchasing body care faves that I go thru, and need to apply this to perfumes too instead of getting different ones because that just takes away my time from the ones I have! 😘
