Тархун is is the literal translation tarragon, chernogolovka drinks actually use a natural extract of tarragon, but most other brands don't. And Baikal has a herbal taste, as if Jagermeister were soda.

Actually Coca Cola didn't leave Russia they've just stopped selling Coke under the original brand and instead sell it under one of its other brands that already existed called Dobry (Добрый) - it's literally the same drink from the same company made on the same factories. And Chernogolovka Cola is not a replacement per se - it existed way before 2022 and it's not meant to be exactly like Coke, it's milder and has a bit of a herb flavour like Baikal, I personally like a bit more than the original Coke. Tarhun is a drink made of estragon and is from the Caucasus region. Oreos were never popular in Russia (I personally think they're garbage), which is probably the reason they didn't even try to make better packages.
"Alyonka" (chocolate) is not a replacement brand It's russian original We also have "babayevsky" which is probably the most popular brand of bitter chocolate in Russia. "Russkiy dar" is a kvass, but its kinda bad. ''Lidskiy kvas'' is much better for me
Fun fact, Chernogolovka was making cola long before whole predicament started, but others are just same drinks as we had before, made on same factories, by same men, just under new big company that basically took over those factories after the companies left country.
The problem is, when we had actual cola, sprite e.t.c. it was tasting the same as the replacement, since was made in Russia. So we haven't lost anything in particular.
Tarhun is made out of the grass that the drink is named after, it tastes and smells just like the drink but it also has some spicy aftertaste unlike the drink itself, that drink is super nice so it's really sad that you didn't like it
These are not replacement products, they are just another brands that jumped on the "hype train" when the big brands were leaving Russia. In most cities, the same products are still selling, some remained under the same name, and some simply rebranded and changed the name. Some brands in this video were even before the start of the war (btw, factories for production remained the same) Peace!
Yeah and the problem is local stuff is shit since 2014 anyway, like McDonald's that uses shitty mirotorgs burger since then so ofc tochka is not worse coz it went to shot long ago
0:43 i can confirm, Coca Cola, Pepsi and McDonalds is not existing now on Russian region, BUT, actually in fact McDonalds still exist, it just got renamed and lost some of food, but other stuff is exact same as before, i recently (until December 31) ate one of the burgers, fries and even nuggets, they taste exactly the same as when I ate them at McDonald's, and I probably haven't eaten there since 2019 Русский Дар means Russian Gift
Also if you need something very special you can order it in companies located in Kaliningrad - they bring goods from Poland (polish customs are still in good relationship with 1990s commercials)
I’am from Russia and before I used to be sceptical about Chernogolovka cola, but once we made blind cola test with friends and Chernogolovka smushed original cola really easily

Super Kontik (Супер Контик) is actually Ukrainian btw, I don't know why Haix sent it. Oreo came to Russia not so long ago, before oreo we had Kremiks from Kazakhstan. There's also soviet brands like "Jubilee" biscuits.
7:33 That "Русский Дар(Russian gift) - Дикая тайга(wild taiga flavor)" is my favorite drink ever since the current thing happened, i had a Ratatouille style flashback of being in a russian forest when i smell it for the first time
in fact, from what you considered, only drinks left, snacks remained. and then, the original soda is also sold, only it has become more expensive and it is brought from neighboring countries
Idk, man, I'm living in Russia and still have a most original products from the video in my closest shop. I also never seen this weird energy drink, cause we still have a Red Bull and Monster. By the way, Idk what is this Oreo replacements, cause we have original Oreo too. The only thing is true, I think, is this soda/cola stuff, but some shops in my city have a original ones imported from Kazakhstan but with a higher cost.
You have to consider though that coca cola and other drinks taste different in each country for some reason, and maybe they didn't taste much different from the replacement products. And trust me Haix is safe for a while.
Coca-Cola (2 liters) is available in Russia at a relatively low price, costing only 160 rubles ($1.73). It is imported from other countries. Oreo is also still manufactured in Russia. I say it like a russian
There is actually a company that produces cola in the same factories as Coca Cola did. And it's actually subsidiary company of Coca Cola. It's called "Добрый". And it's much more popular than other colas, because it's basically the same Coca Cola.

go to karelian border, ask some russians and they gonna throw you a brand new bottle of og baikal over the fence.
"Alyonka" (chocolate) is not a replacement brand
It's russian original
We also have "babayevsky" which is probably the most popular brand of bitter chocolate in Russia.
I counted the total price for the products he sent you and it’s literally 26$

Tarragon, in suprised nobody from russia dont know
These are not replacement products, they are just another brands that jumped on the "hype train" when the big brands were leaving Russia. In most cities, the same products are still selling, some remained under the same name, and some simply rebranded and changed the name. Some brands in this video were even before the start of the war (btw, factories for production remained the same)
Peace!
yeah they keep the formula and just change the name and thats basically it
Yeah and the problem is local stuff is shit since 2014 anyway, like McDonald's that uses shitty mirotorgs burger since then so ofc tochka is not worse coz it went to shot long ago
@@Rasta796 MacDonald trash
0:43 i can confirm, Coca Cola, Pepsi and McDonalds is not existing now on Russian region, BUT, actually in fact McDonalds still exist, it just got renamed and lost some of food, but other stuff is exact same as before, i recently (until December 31) ate one of the burgers, fries and even nuggets, they taste exactly the same as when I ate them at McDonald's, and I probably haven't eaten there since 2019
