In the match against Jay Rod, Marinho didn't seem to react to Jay's takedown feints. He probably wanted Jay Rod to shoot so he could lock up a guillotine. Looks like Tye made him pay for staying so upright as he got closer for a takedown, and he kept his head in the middle of Marinho's torso to avoid the guillotine, I imagine.

Tye gets face palmed and a bloody nose in the fist part continued with dirty pushing on both side blast double that's worth watching by tye followed by and return attempt takedown by Pedro. Yeah then it really pops off but mind games at the beginning is just as exciting for me.

The main Marinho's problem is that he refuses to make jiu jitsu! He was on the back but afraid to try something different than a takedown to submit Tye. Differently, once on the back, Tye just made a SIMPLE back take to finish the job. Most of the time, jiu jitsu is about simplicity and efficiency.
