- Today, I'm excited to share some ideas for upcycling the tin cans into plant pots for your garden.
Powdered milk is my daughter's favorite food, so there are always a lot of discarded tin cans in my house. The first idea that popped into my head when I was about to recycle these cans was to make plant pots, so I'll create my own herb garden from these recycled tin cans!

I love the simplicity of showing us the recycling of tins with the beautiful plants, nature and also the music and no talk or busy-busy explanations. Usually I get irritated by music with crafty videos but this one was absolutely lovely and calming. I love your channel beautiful lady!!

Very nice and the soda cans were off the top with the little wire handles. I've made the bigger can pots with the twine and also the lanterns. Just recently I took the plants out of the plastic pot they came in, repoted them in newer ones, and took the original (wimpy) pots and wrapped them in twine. Now I'm going to put cuttings in them and use old soucers for water catching and put pebbles around them for support. I love your turrium ideas, but I'm just not brave enough or talented enough to try that yet. I too collect recycle products for crafts, I wish more people would do the same. Grow Rosemary in terracotta planter or clay planter as they love that the best European herbs love drought like conditions and need well draining soil so I plant with small rocks and the terra cotta helps their roots to breath. You can see the beautiful gardens of Italy filled with terra cotta planters growing huge bushes of herbs. I planted my rosemary in terracotta never have lost another herb plant again. :) I love your recycle ideas and never thought of such an innovative idea to use pop cans for so creative!
