Hey just wanted to inform I tried this today the so keep in mind if in case you are thinking to try :-
1. Use a mask fibre flies a lot and you don't want to inhale it(as mentioned in video)
2. Wear full sleeves cloth as if the fibre touches your skin it can cause rashes I am suffering from them right know and dont want you to do the same mistake.
3. Don't do this in room either attempt in bathroom or balcony
Please keep in mind saying this after trying.
