This channel is one of CZcams's hidden gems that deserves to have millions of subs and views but somehow remains underrated.

I was very happy to learn Rachel Carson is not forgotten, but a research vessel is named in her honour! 👍

Hi Ventana! I'm glad you help us watch the starfish dance and the squid do mysterious squid expressions. HG Wells could not imagine an observant robot friend like you.

Could you name the creatures in Closed Captioning? Ocho Verde Wildlife Channel (CZcams) does that and it’s fantastic help to learn them.

Nice shot of that squid hunting. Oh it's a humbolt. Don't get too many shots of them on the sea floor.

Sehr schönes Video. Ich vermisse aber manche Artnamen im Text, z.B. 1:40 ein Gadus chalcogrammus?

The Bluntnose sixgill shark ( Hexanchus griseus ) in this video is a male, note the claspers on his pelvic fins, which are basically his double penis
But the male Bluntnose sixgill shark is smaller than the female
The Bluntnose sixgill shark can grow up to 6 meters long, while its typical size is 3 or 4 meters long
