ℹ️ On day 1 of our Via Francigena we started in Aigle and followed the biking route to Ollon where we joined the walking routes to follow beside the Rhöne River to Saint Maurice where we stayed at the Abbey. On day 2, we walked through Evionnaz on the way to Martigny.

You hike your hike kids! We just had to come off trail while hiking the Larapinta Trail in central Australia due to heat and then unseasonal storms coming in!

Thanks Gary. I’ve noticed that on GoPro video I actually have to turn the audio down because is seems so loud. The mic mod was definitely worth the extra $.

Really great! So excited to see the beauty thru your eyes! How did you decide to start in Switzerland? Did you want to hike the alps? I guess I’d worry about dealing with all the weather changes. Anxious to see how things go!!
We did want to walk the Alps for sure! Then we looked at when we needed to be in Rome, still have tourist time, and worked backwards.
