    Thanks for this video. Year 2017, I was 57yrs old and our family physician hilited elevated PSA on me which was "6". Decided to to do Natural Approaches with my doctor and watched PSA level. Tried Exercise for 1 year and not changing anything, PSA Increased to "7". Ate more Vegies than meat next year, PSA further Increased to "7.6". So , it was growing with AGE. Last Year, Tried a Reasonably priced Saw Palmetto 585mg NIGHTLY and so far had a good effect. PSA now @ "6.2" after 10 months of taking this product. Also reduced my nightly toilet visits from 2-3X to 1-2X. Thanks again!

      @@igortak9240 When you did the biopsy, did you get any side effects? I heard that any biopsy performed will cause us side effects. If we are lucky, we get minor ones and they will go away in days or weeks, otherwise they will affect our lives heavily. Please advise.

    In Ayurveda, BPH is correlated with ‘Ashtheela’ or ‘Vatashtheeta’ and ‘Mutragranthi’. The term Ashtheela denotes the consistency of part like very hard and rounded in shape. The space between the rectum and urinary bladder leads to a hard (like stone), immobile and prominent growth. This growth, in turn, produces obstruction to the stool, urine and flatus, distention of the bladder, and pain over the suprapubic region. The description of Asthheela is more closely resembles with BPH rather than Mutragranthi. In Astheela, obstructive uropathy occurs from outside the urinary passage due to enlargement of the prostate and leads to compression on the urethra.

      @@TheCEOXPerience no answer. Perhaps that's telling. There's a bunch of different herbs, of course, different ones for different symptoms. the above description is just indirect spam to lead one to a site that sells these many herbs.

  • @squirlmy
    @squirlmy Před 2 lety +2

    This thread has become a magnate for spam of ayurvedic and other herbal remedies. There's been quite a bit of inconsistent information on Saw Palmetto extracts. Beware that there are great differences in whether the extraction is water, alcohol, or from more sophisticated processes like CO2 solvent extraction. I haven't heard of any other herbal treatments being effective. The fact that mild cases sometimes are followed by a temporary decrease in symptoms can confuse the issue of how effective alternative treatments might be.

    50%, positive. My Doctor said ,doesn't matter what You do, I will suffer to the end of my LIFE, and it is 100% true.
    Some people will be lucky, less problems, some will be more...Do not believe in alternative "therapy", but change your
    diet, no sugar, eggs, meat, milk, avoid any food with hormones, and walk...walk, be in forest, reduce stress and increase
